Not every visit needs to fit into a box. From one-off activity sessions and birthday adventures to charity challenges, community events and Corporate Team Building Experiences, we’re happy to create experiences that work for your group. We also provide opportunities and activities for SEN groups, outreach programmes and organisations looking to get people outdoors, try something new or simply have a great day together.
If you have an idea, talk to us – chances are, we can make it happen.
Looking for something a little different?
Our Activity Experiences are designed to turn a day, celebration or weekend into something memorable. Whether it’s a one-off activity session for a birthday party with a picnic, a half-day adventure followed by afternoon tea, or an overnight glamping experience with a canoe journey, we can create something to suit you.
The possibilities are almost endless - mix and match activities, food, camping and accommodation to create your own experience, or let us help you put something together.
They also make a great gift for the adventurous person in your life. Give someone an experience rather than something to unwrap, with the option to tailor it around their interests.
Choose your adventure, make it your own, and create an experience worth remembering.
Turn adventure into fundraising with a Blackland Farm charity event.
We organise sponsored abseils and challenge walks in some of the most spectacular locations across the South, helping schools, groups, charities and organisations raise money for causes that matter to them.
From abseiling at Peacehaven Cliffs and Arundel Castle to taking on our Jurassic Coast challenge walks, our events combine an unforgettable experience with a great fundraising opportunity.
We’ve helped raise thousands of pounds for charities through our events, and we can work with you to create a challenge that gets people involved, sponsored and raising money.
Take on the challenge. Raise money. Make a difference.

Blackland Farm is more than an outdoor activity centre - we’re a space for the local community to come together.
Throughout the year, we host and support a wide range of events, from open days and community activities to fundraising challenges and sporting events.
We’ve welcomed 24-hour running events with Phoenix Running West Sussex, hosted car boot sales, provided a venue for networking events and opened our outdoor spaces for activities such as community yoga.
Whether you’re looking for a venue for your next event or simply want to bring something new to the local community, we’re open to ideas and happy to explore what’s possible.
Have an event in mind? Talk to us — we’d love to hear it.
Keep the kids active, outdoors and having fun throughout the summer holidays with Blackland Farm’s Adventure Club.
Designed for children aged 8–13, our holiday club runs from 8.30am–5.30pm, giving young adventurers a full day of outdoor activities, challenges and new experiences in the great outdoors.
From climbing and archery to bushcraft, team challenges and plenty more, every day is packed with opportunities to try something new, build confidence, make friends and have fun.
It’s a brilliant way to keep children entertained during the school holidays while giving them the freedom to explore, get active and enjoy a proper outdoor adventure.
One day, several days or all summer - let the adventure begin!
We believe outdoor adventure should be accessible to everyone.
Our outreach work takes the experiences, skills and opportunities available at Blackland Farm out into the wider community, working directly with schools, youth organisations, charities and other groups.
From bringing outdoor activities into schools and community settings to delivering taster sessions, team challenges and personal development activities, we can create programmes that give people the opportunity to try something new, build confidence and discover the benefits of being outdoors.
Our outreach work can be particularly valuable for people who may not normally have access to outdoor adventure, including alternative provision, SEN settings and community groups.Whether you need a one-off session, a programme of activities or something developed specifically around the needs of your people, we’re happy to work with you to make it happen.
